Cat Showing Some Love

Her is Garfield in a shot that I am stunned by. This cat for some reason came up to me on the couch and hopped on my lap. He wanted a good stroking and fell alseep. That is not normal for this cat. He would come to bed with us, but not lately. He has been staying on the top of the loveseat. But while the kids were out playing he decided to show me a little love. Maybe because I was upset or because it was the moon. Who knows.

These are the three pictures from Wednesday, I had to maximize the shots, but I am really happy with the results.

You do not get a shot like this everyday. The other times I have tried to get a moon shot, well it just would not come out. No matter what setting I had it at.

This is from tonight. This is the only picture that came out, but it is still a good shot. Well I think so.

Sunday Shot

Hello everyone. Today was a good day except for Tristan and Morgyn falling down and getting hurt. We made it to Walmart and got snacks and goodies for the week. With four kids again I think it might be easier to make snack boxes so they can go in it when they are hungry, keeps them out of my pantry. I have gotten more done today then I have all week. Another load of laundry washed, folded and put away. the kids have had their bath and are in the midest of cleaning their room. I have told them that if the chores are not done then they will not get to go to the movies. I am going to check on them and finish up for the night. Iggy Again

I took Iggy out again to day because he just seemed aggitated in the cage. And once more he went straight for the lettuce I laid on mu shoulder for him. I filled his bowl and then wanted to get some pictures of him eating. It did not work out to well. I had to erase so many shots and ended up editing alot of them. I wish that the darker one could have come out better, but hey you can only do so much.

After a bunch or persuading, I finally got Logan to let me put Iggy on his shoulder.

He gave up eatting. i think it was beause Logan was flintching so much.

Here's BUB

So here is BUB. Some who have seen this blog have seen a picture of him, he is also on my myspace. I got him out to see how he has been doing. He hides in a cave or under this big hollowed out log I got for him. He is very cowardly but does have a wicked bite.
In his mouth yes is his tail. When trying to get him out I took his tail with me. It is not the first time I have done this and it is not going to be the last. I want to make sure him and the iguana are not getting into fights. They seem to be living in harmony for now.

I took this picture hoping that it was buddy. I have not seen him in awhile and thought he was dead. This however is not buddy. I am not sure what type of spider it is. All I know is that I do not like it. I really, really, do not like the designs on its back. Chris said that he will get rid of it. I told him that it would be okay. Just as long as it does not come down any lower and does not mess with me.
Chris has seen buddy though and I have seen his webs in the morning. I just hope I will get to see him again. Speaking of bugs Chris had to put up some bug zappers this month. We have been getting flies and mosquitoes like crazy. They flies were really bothering Saber and with his injured ear I was afraid he might get magets in it. I hate magets and know that the trash cans will get them, Chris takes care of that. Flies, hate them. If they are in the house I try and kill them, smash them really. Then other times I call Chris and tell him that there is a big fly that i can not get and that it better be dead by morning. No flies tonight. Thank you God.

So cute, him not the sparkles. Chris came home early and we set off some sparkles and watched other people set off their fire works. I did not buy alot of fireworks, really I bought sparkles and the kind that the kids can throw on the ground. They love these, they love the pop. I will get more pictures tomorrow (7-11-08) when they get to finish the rest off. Well before the movie and if it does not rain. I love the sparkles. They do not last long but they are pretty, especially when you can write your name out in the lights.
