Three's Never a Crowd

Just another group picture. Three kids new haircuts, full bellies, freshly bathed, and happy as can be. They are now all asleep, tired from a day of fun, homework, and traveling about. How can you not love those smiles.

Latest Art Work

This is the lastest art work by Tristan. He calls it "The Bird Family". A daddy, momma, brother, and sister bird family out on a branch in the snow. It was so cute that I had to frame it. Now I just have to find a place to put it.
Tristan displaying his art work. He is so proud of it.
Logan, sharing in the glory. He likes to have his picture taken, especially with his brother. Two peas in a pod.

Terrible Three's

My baby girl, my little oompaloopa princess. She may look cute but she has here trouble side. SHe loves to take entire loafs of bread into her room, along with cups of water. Speaking of water she fills the cat and dog dishes so full that they spill over onto the floor leaving wet spots for people to step in. I found a piece of stale bread hidden under my covers last night. She had colored not only on herself but on the kids room furniture, the computer desk, and my couch. She steals my gameboy and almost lost my pearl earrings the other day. Morgyn likes to change her clothes at least three to five times a day. She will wash her hands, putting globs and globs of soap upon her fingertips. She likes to get the rats out of their cage, she has even helped them escape three times so far. Tristan caught them the first time, they were only on the floor. The second time I found one under the toy box and the other in the clothes drawer. And then the third time I found one in the drawer, the other on floor and Chris found the last one in the living room on the couch. I guess she wanted to watch cartoon's with that one. She is such a sweet, loving child but she can be a handful.

It's a Boy!!!!!!

So I thought it was a girl and Rylee turned out to be a boy. I was wondering which gender he was only because it is good to know these things. The pet tech said that if you can see the two talons, spikes, what ever those things are near its bottom then it is a male. Also if the tail is thick, fat then it is a male. Female's usually have a thinner tail. The pet tech also said that the females will get bigger in size. So I am looking at Rylee to get anywhere from 3 to 4 feet. We are having a blast with him. We take him out almost everynight and he seems to enjoy exploring the space outside his cage. He has been eating well and it is just fun to watch him climb his tree or drink water from his dish. I am glad that he is a part of our family.

Ice Storm

These are the results of the ice storm that hit us yesterday around 4pm. It is now almost 1pm and the ice is still holding on. It is not as cold as I thought it might be today, I am just hoping that the roads are not taht bad to travel on. I have to go out for a bit but I am thinking I might have Chris run those errands for me. The kids are home, and they are already becoming restless. I am having Chris sleep in while I take care of things and try and catch up on school work.
These first couple of pictures are from our back porch. I think that I might go and take a couple of shots from under the porch.
Some shots of all of the ice that has gathered on our trees.

The entire powerline is covered. I am just glad that the power has not gone out.

Here is my lovely SUV. By the time Chris had to go to work it had already started to build up.

The bird did not want to cooperate. I guess he really did not want to have his picture taken.

These past two trees are from the front yard.

Front porch decorations. The results from the ice storm are pretty but I can't help but think of the 40 accidents in bowling green and the accidents that might have happened in my local area. I saw on the news where a car spun around and around several times. It was a good thing that there were not alot of cars near him. I pray that there were not alot of casualities and that everyone made it home to there families.

Sick Babies

Here is only two of my sick babies. All wrapped up, trying to get plenty of sleep. It has been several days and I am hoping for their fevers to break, the coughing to stop, and that their dinner does not come back up. I miss the laughs, the playing about. Please let my little ones get better soon.

Snow at Last

It snowed a couple of days ago and it was our first real snow in along time. No school the next day and it would have been fun to enjoy, if I did not have three sick ones.
Look at all of that dust, man oh man, I am so happy.

I went to get my hair done and as soon as I got out my car was covered in ice, not snow but ice. I was happy that I was not too far from home. Chris hates it when I drive in bad weather, and on my way home I was sliding a little. I am looking for the kids to get better so that I can take them out and enjoy the snow before it goes away. If they are not better then we will have to take a trip to paoli and play there. I am looking forward to hooking up to a snowboard and falling flat on my bottom.

Happy Day of Love

I did this over 10 years ago and still like it. I just wanted to share a creative side of me.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking. It is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. BIBLE I Corinthians 13:4-8

"All, everything that I understand, I understand only because I love. He felt now that he was not simply close to her, but that he did not know where he ended and she began."

Leo Tolstoy
